The following are a list of local clubs and organizations
that make a difference to our local fishing. I will give the
link to thier websites and a brief description of each.
This is the link for the Northwest Pa Chapter of Trout
Unlimited. TU is dedicated to the preservation of trout
streams, works on stream enhancements and more.
This is a great organization whose main focus is tying flies! They are a great bunch of people, and if you are just getting into fly tying or a long term tier, this is definitely a club to check out! On a side note, these guys have done tons for the local fishery, and deserve a huge pat on the back, rounds of beers, or the occasional streamside fly!!
This group works on supplemental stocking for the local area. Another great organization.
